James and his team are handling multiple issues on my behalf and in relation to my custody case. My emotions were running high initially and I was operating on fear. James handled a protection order filed against me. A simple google search will show you that these are awarded more often than not and can significantly affect your life. They are not held to the same standard of burden of proof that criminal cases are. In 3 questions he destroyed apposing counsel’s areguments and had it dismissed. Moving forward I am entirely confident in his and his teams ability to handle my custody case.
